A fully committed with keen attention to detail and over 20 years of experience, Chef Rangga Safari leads the culinary team at the Sheraton Kuta Bali Resort and aims to serve more diverse range of world cuisines. Chef Rangga has meticulously constructed Daily Social, from pastry and bakery, salads and cold cuts, seafood, Asian delicacies, flame-grilled meat and seafood, and a selection of Indonesian cuisine inspired by the concept of street food, to provide guests with exciting gourmet experience.
